theD.L.O: The blues guitarist composer and producer/DJ Gianluca Paiella. After more than 15 living between Rome and Vancouver-Canada (and recently Berlin) playing Blues gigs, rock bands, experimental projects (I.H.C.),producing music for cinema , tv and pop music Gianluca, nicknamed "Mango" , tired of predefined structures from commercial music, "finds out" that underground electronic music or Techno music, is the only genre in constant evolution and capable of bringing out musical emotions he has never felt before. In 2004 he creates theD.L.O.... "the dangerous living organisms" a liveset project, that has had collaborations with other musicians and dj's. Gianluca grows up artistically as a dj at Goa club (Rome),resident for "Anarchy In The Club! Phutura is the refined, enigmatic and thin way of Luca Affatato to define electronic dance music today, with on the shoulders the 16bit Suicide outfit, a compound of rock and elektro-POP, Luca decided to explore new sonorities. After his first record (16bit Suicide: Vertigo) he starts to develope clubby landscapes & rhythmical tool for an imaginary nocturne life.From that point Phutura starts to explore creating sophisticated drum arrangements, swingin’ melodies and glitchy effects with a massive, and sometimes improvised, use of the “percussivo ritmico” element wich can be found also in his live sets. Active on several labels like Adagio, Minisketch, Globox, 4line, etc, Luca spend most of his time deep in his “Linguacruda Studio” experimenting with his own bending machines (one of his truly passion), modified toys, cheap multieffects and all kind of weird instrumentation. |

Alessandro Di Maria aka Sossa is surely one of the highest representative of the italian underground DJ scene. Since 1994 he begins to assert being resident DJ at Nove Nove Club of Riccione, legendary Sunday morning after-hour of the italian Riviera. After success in top italian clubs like Fitzcarraldo, Cocoricò, Mazoom, Kamakama, he jumps into the international DJ scene performing in clubs like , "The end" and "Pacha" in London, "Mint" in Leeds, "Arena" in Berlin, etc.,settling as solid resident DJ at DC10 in Ibiza for several years. Nenad Petronijevic aka Shoxy was born in 1979. in Belgrade, Serbia . He gained his first musical experiences at the age of 13, playing drums in his older brothers rock band. This helped him develop sense for the basic rhythms which proved very useful for his latter work. Later on he started getting more interested in electronic music. In 1995. he starts collecting records and gets his first dj gig at the club Omen. Soon after that he continues working in all major clubs in Belgrade which made him become a resident in Belgrades legendary club Industria. That club hosted many great names of the world electronic music scene, such as: Moby, Hell, Anthony Shake Shakir, Daz Sound, Trevor Rocklife, Umek and many others. What separated him from the others was his fastidious taste in music, tribal sound and aggressive bass lines which was well received with the public and he started getting bookings in all major cities in Serbia and Montenegro. Also played at Pepsi Sziget music festival (Budapest, Hungary) along with Deep Dish, Layo and Bushwacka, CJ Bolland and many more. Significant moment in his career also was the Move tour which consisted of visiting 12 cities in Serbia, playing along with all the most significant names of Serbian music scene. Besides that he also played with lots of world wide famous DJs, such as: Derrick May, Eddie Evil Richards, Brenda Russell, Tony Thomas, Nils Hess, Oliver Ho, Johan Bacto, Joel Mull, C1 and many more. Had his first release in 2005 for the Ignition Records, owned by well known techno DJ duo Ignition Technician. Record got excellent reviews and good feedback. He was also a promoter of some famous parties in Belgrade, like: Resque, Warm up, Vibe, The Soul of Techno. Currently hes running a show (Global Mix up) on Venus radio and preparing his new releases. |

Zentex

Zentex is finnish producer Jari Marjamäki. Born in Turku, Finland, he’s been residing in Lisbon, Portugal, since the early 90's. Under his Zentex alias he has released music in labels like Traum, Kickboxer, Resopal, and on a Portuguese label Bloop recordings. His releases have been remixed by Alex Under, Gui Boratto and Cosmic Sandwich, and he has remixed Jussipekka(Pokerflat), Hervé AK(K2) and Antalgic(Bloop). Currently he is busy playing live as Zentex and deejaying (as dj Yari), and working with his other projects: Strip (improv electronica), 3 Wyze Men (Dub/Reggae soundsystem). He hosts a weekly radio show called “Ballet Mecanico” in Lisbon based radio station Quimica FM105.4, featuring minimal electronica, electro and techno. His other activities include running odd club nights, organizing improvised electronic music sessions, and working with different visual and performative artists. He is also one of the founders of Pulsar, a Lisbon based artist collective and a club organization. |
